wow, never understood anything other than standard hi/low bar squats.
that looks about as stupid and anti-functional as holding the weight with your teeth; squats aren't a fucking bicep exercise, nor are they supposed to tear your elbow joint apart. at any rate, the first failure should have clued him in, but he keeps going with the same weight. that guy MAY be able to deadlift that much weight, which is a clue that he should never have it in that position other than deadlifting or standard squatting it.
