Hey all,
MAMEHub 0.6 is released. Here's a list of the major features
- A ton of stability improvements
- Completely redesigned GUI (See Attached Screenshot)
- WebM Video Recording: Shift-F12 now records compressed, youtube-ready videos in real-time
- OS/X Support (python 2.7 and wxpython-cocoa-2.7 required).
- Cross platform netplay (A user running ubuntu 64-bit and a user running windows 32-bit played snes together for hours without any problem).
Special thanks go to Spoot, Krusty, and Zambr for taking over the GUI programming, and to Krusty, Afdal, Valnar, and Jaku for extensive testing and bug reporting.
If you are running 0.5, you will have to do a complete uninstall of 0.5 and install 0.6. Please do not install 0.6 on top of 0.5 or move folders from 0.5 into 0.6 because this confuses the auto-updater.
Also, you will need to run the MAMEHub.bat file twice to start MAMEHub. The first run updates the updater :-P
