I have tried all three refresh rates of the ArcadeVGA card (15, 24 and 31 kHz) and none of them works.

Can anyone tell me - should I be getting a picture on my arcade monitor (via the ArcadeVGA card) without having the ATI drivers installed? Or do the ATI drivers have to be installed for this to work properly?
