Thanks for providing a clear, central place to answer questions for emulator users.
I had one comment about the style - it appears as though the link text is identical to the normal text (on Firefox 3.6 in Linux at least). This made finding some of the links a bit confusing.
An example - in the "Files you will need" subsection of "Compiling MAME" the sentence reads like this: "Click the link here to open the MAME Dev tools page."
But "here" isn't underlined, so I initially looked around a bit, then realized if i moused over the words in the sentence, I could find the link that way. Not the end of the world, but a little confusing.
Beyond that, it looks great!
