Board looks pretty good from that angle...I've seen worse.
You could always buy a refurb board off ebay, but it will run you $160-$200. They may give you a discount if you trade in your old board. Swap roms and you're all set.
If you don't care about "stock", the ni-wumpf boards are great. I've used them before.
