"Super Chase - Criminal Termination (Japan)" not on Mame yet but there's a picture on the flyer with copyright on it.

Here's a link of The Arcade Flyer Archive with a japanese copyright notice on the title screen when you see this cabinet: http://flyers.arcade-museum.com/?page=flyer&db=videodb&id=1118&image=4

The copyright notice for the "Super Chase - Criminal Termination (Japan)" may clearly says:
(C)TAITO CORPORATION. 1992
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

Hopefully that version will be emulated to Mame someday so just hope for the best and I'm only trying to help as I can.
