No. It's more like... you know those T-Shirts that say "I'm with Stupid" and it has the arrow pointing to the other person...?
This shirt is like he's saying "I'm Stupid". Because it's sort of his fault, OR he's taking the blame for his (hopefully) wife's suffering throughout her pregnancy.
eta: Or, worse yet. He was a royal a-hole to his woman, and drove her to another man to which she got pregnant by, then the guy skipped out and she went back to the 'wife-beater' but he decides to stick with her because he now realizes he loves her.
