Almost all of those are microcontrollers (MCUs)--a CPU that has a mask ROM or EPROM containing its program built right into the chip. Generally, MCUs are designed so that once they are programmed, their internal ROM can only be accessed by the MCU itself. One way to read the ROM is by decapping.
