Where Can I get Nice USB Controller - 4 Way Joystick?

All I can find is a Logitech controller at Best Buy and all other places that carry accessories. I really want to play pac-man, but the 8 way controller kills this game as well as all others with a 4 way joystick control.

I have seen a few on youtube that have full size arcade buttons as well as a arcade size joystick + a track ball. Is there anywhere I can find something like this or are these something you have to build yourself?
