 The market here isn't that bad relatively speaking, but it slipped just enough to kill every last bit of whatever equity I had built up.
I wouldn't even care, except we went with a condo instead of a single family home. My neighbors aren't even that bad as neighbors go, it's just all of the little annoying things people do. Plus I'm just sick of having to convene the committee to get anything done around the house. And dammit, if I want to get drunk and play Beatles Rock Band at 3am, I should be able to without having to worry about who I'm disturbing. If I could just get a Sawzall, slice out my 29% of the building, and plunk it down on a foundation somewhere, I'd be happy as a pig in shit. The market could drop all the way to nothing for all I care.
