Re: Lucid Dreams.

I used to keep a Dream Diary pretty regularly, but I haven't for a long time. I've found (for keeping a dream diary) it's best to get to bed when you're not dead tired, and try not to awaken from an alarm clock (if you awaken too suddenly you might forget what you were just dreaming). So it does take some discipline (committing to keeping a dream diary), and dedication (getting to bed early enough so you have time to wake up and not have to rush around).
When I was doing it it seemed like I was more aware of things and had a sharper concentration.
I still have them from time to time. Sometimes I notice things (events and objects) aren't right or they don't make sense... And there are times I just really notice things (regardless if anything weird seems to be going on), looking really closely at the details. It feels like my eyes are opening wide. Then things get super sharp and there is so much depth... Well, that's what it was like the last few times I went lucid. These are dreams where I'm taking in how vivid they are, not so much as manipulating things at will.
