It's not so much that you are posting that there is something wrong - it's the manner you go about it, as well as the fact that it's already reported at it's proper location: http://www.mametesters.org/view.php?id=4339

It's a lingering issue that came up during the u3 cycle due to core changes that has not been resolved yet. Could be fixed this afternoon or next year - impossible to tell. You should stay with the main (0.141, 0.142) releases. U releases historically have breakage than the main ones as new coding is done.
