It seems many cave games are broken, for example I have tested Power Instinct 2 and it has bad graphics (actually I cannot play as I cannot see anything, horizontal and vertical lines are filling the screen). Some game like Ace Driver or Mortal Kombat are crashing mame when leave them to demo mode. (this I cannot confirm - it may have happened because I loaded many games without exit mame).
From what I see, the bug with the cave driver is fixed for the next 0.142u3. So I will wait...
