Is the monitor powered separately?
There's nothing that looks like a transformer or PSU in the cabinet?

If the monitor already has a power source, you can use an old AT or ATX PC Power Supply to power the game PCB.

This is the Tiger Heli pinout, as you can see all that's needed is +5 and +12V.
