Where I used to work a few years ago played HD TV channels as background noise. One of these channels played a lot of music concerts and such. All I could remember about the one guy I saw was he was a young black man in a bright yellow suit.
Finally nailed it today. His name is Raphael Saadiq, and this is from the program I was watching at the time, "Soulstage" on Palladia (HD).
He's got this oldskool thing going on which is pretty awesome.
