I finally found the problem
Even though I set all artwork settings to 0, it's like it apply it anyway. I get a small image with all black around.

artwork_crop 0
use_backdrops 0
use_overlays 0
use_bezels 0
To solve the problem, I had to rename the artwork directory in mame.ini. Like this:
artpath _artwork
