Actually, Addonics makes good stuff. I don't have that card, but I do have the addonics adapters that allow me to directly connect a CF camera card into an IDE slot.

I have 4 TV's with a PC connected to them. The PC's boot and run Windows off of the CF camera card. It's silent & no heat is generated by a hard drive. Since all of my content is stored on my network, I can get away with a 4GB card. They have been up and running for about 3 years with no issues.
