Generally, it is the point where all available mass is dedicated to that advancement,
I wouldn't say this. That's beyond analogy, and in no way necessary.
and is reached well after humans have become non-physical beings. That superhuman AI exist is a precondition of that.
The first of this last bit is not an imminent factor in the scheme. 'Superhuman' is an irrelevant term; 'AI' is an incorrect one.
Consider it high comedy....sincere tragedy....whatever...don't take it personally.
