Yeah Deus Ex was amazing too - played that one all the way through too I think 'Outcast' is criminally underrated and overlooked - you ever played it? It's hard for me to choose whether I like Baulders Gate 2 or Torment the best actually - BG2 was VERY good Funny how it's always 'Planescape: Torment' not just plain 'Torment' but its 'Baulder's Gate 2' not 'Forgotten Realms: Baulder's Gate 2' and in answer to your first question - ripping his mortality from him, making it an independent sentient being, apparently! (should I have said *spoilers*? Sorry!) I may dig System Shock 2 out again next - that was a good one too, although annoyed me how the zombies kept re-spawning, I like to clear an area then know its cleared!
