Yeah, I now understand what you mean. Everything I came up after looking for "mahjong" and "arcade" are a series of online games made by SEGA and a Higurashi game. I have better chances looking for console games and ports than arcade ones.
Bishoujo themed mahjong is more than dead though, I liked the Ecchi part. Now I'm sure if I ever find one it will be a Hentai PC game. :/
