it has been in the main build for a long time.
then, it has been removed because the internal UI is not really designed to display huge chunks of text (it is quite ugly to see and difficult to scroll down). for the same reason there is a limit to the size of cheat comments that can be added.
I really don't think it will come back and it has to be displayed externally, e.g. in a frontend (together with flyers, snapshots, etc.)
