Scan the set, then go to the Scan Result window and Right-click. A whole world of new options will be presented to you.

Select Save -> Fix-Datfile -> XXXX, where XXXX is the next option you prefer (you can save either a complete fixdat, or a fixdat only for incomplete sets, etc.)
