You need to get a new Timekeeper (or hack in a replacement battery for the dead ones) and program it with the data from the working board.

Guru indicates it's self-repairing if the Timekeeper is replaced. So if yours is dead it may have something else wrong with it.

At least for the version we have dumped, Fighting Mania can re-initialize itself if you flip the appropriate DIP switch to boot from CD instead of flash. (ie, there is no separate boot CD, the gameplay CD also can do the setup).
