Looks like you have tight hamstrings and roll your shoulders a tiny bit forward when the bar's on the ground. That'll put a little extra pressure on your lower back i think, but it's so minor i doubt you'll ever notice. Especially since you're at 245 and it's not bothering you! Who am I to talk though; I'm stuck at deadlifting 185 - 10 pounds over my bodyweight .
What really concerns me is your haunted ceiling fan that rotates a quarter revolution at 1:00 in your video. You really should get that checked. I think it was trying to get a better view of you in your skivvies or something...
