VIGASOCO by Manuel Abadía (of MAME fame) includes a C++ implementation of Pac-Man that should behave virtually identically to the original.
It basically contains the original algorithms (Z80 assembly) rewritten as C++ source code.
Way cool and a labor of love if you ask me!
