MAMEWorld Forums - EmuChat - question about mamepp switches and resolution

i've tried almost every combination of resolution-related switches, and i still can't get what i'm looking for - just a nomax box that starts off in the resolution specified on the rom's blackscreen, at which ratio i can scale the window locked with the mouse.

any idea's?

i currently use;

mamepp.exe -nomax -window -triplebuffer -waitvsync -noka -effect jopezuRBG %input%

and just scale the window by hand until the ratio looks proper. i would have thought that "-aspect 1:1" would do this, but it doesn't seem to be working. the -ka switch dicks up the proper ratio.
