Yes the board on the end (which is called the Filter Board) is the same for all model 3 games. I don't recommend trying to get a Model 3 board to boot without one as it powers all of the boards at the same time and there's a lot of pins on the main boards which would be difficult to wire up if you could figure out what pins are used for what. You can get the pinout of any filter board in any of the [free] manuals for Model 3 games found at various places on the net. To get it to boot you need to connect 5 volts, 3.3 volts and RGB plus sync and you need a monitor capable of displaying video at 24kHz. PM me if you want to know specifics.
