Is MAMEUI going away? Well, I'm not really saying that. It has become more and more cumbersome for the UI maintainers to keep up to baseline changes, especially recently. If it weren't for members of the MESS team attempting to keep MESSUI functioning - MAMEUI would be in much much worse shape. Ideally, a separate front-end is a better choice in the long run to avoid being dependent on a grafted UI, IMHO.
