The Sansa software gets the audio out of sync. It gets pretty bad at the end of a movie. They also gave a 3" CD with the Fuze that has Rhapsody on it. I read that it works much better for re-encoding video files, but never could get it to install. If you have version 1 of the Fuze, you may want to put Rockbox on it. You can still boot the original firmware by holding down the left side of the wheel when you turn it on.
