So this movie... Not exactly what I thought it would be like. The SNL skits don't prepare you for MacGruber's real personality at all. I laughed my ass off, but it's mostly toilet humor. Being a big fan of toilet humor, I liked it. If you're not really a toilet humor kind of guy or you think it's generally a cheap filler, skip it. In one scene, MacGruber is reminiscing about his wife and says "she was the only woman I ever felt comfortable enough around to let eat out my butt". I fell to the floor laughing but...might not be everybody's cup of tea. Whenever he gets desperate to get someone to do something for him he says "I'll suck your dick! I'll let you fuck me." etc.
I remember when Goldmember came out and the critics had a field day ragging on the use of toilet humor, which was maybe 20% of that film. It's more like 75% of MacGruber.
