There are a plethora of "Lady boys" here and you really must be aware of that when you visit... and you need to check before taking someone from a bar. Usually the voice or the arms give it away, but some of them take hormones to make thier voice sound womanish and the whole adams apple thing doesn't apply... the plastic surgeions shave them down!
Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
