To use a PC power supply you have to short the power on/off wires, but other than that it works great. You have to hook up the 5, 12, and -5v lines. Generally a JAMMA harness video connection is just wires, but some premade ones may have a connector preinstalled. It's normally a 1x5 or 1x6 connector. Depending on what kind of arcade monitor you have you may need to change the connector.

You can pick up a cheap harness on ebay.

EDIT-To connect to a standard LCD TV you need a RGB to NTSC converter, JROK makes a great one with component video.
