Here's the thing: we don't know anything about what whoever sold you that machine did to customize it, so we can't support it. If you'd taken the time to learn how to set up MAME yourself, you'd be in a much better position to handle when things go wrong. In addition, buying and selling plug-and-play MAME setups is both extremely illegal and very disrespectful towards the MAME developers.
That said, given what you've shown either the Pi itself or the power brick is dead. (Could be the memory card too I guess, you could try writing stock Raspbian to another card and see if that works).
