So did Data East notice the bug & fix it themselves ? As it seems strange if Capcom just fixed the bug for the u.s.a. market.

If that Hyper Olympic board was a hack bugfix & is now in MAME if a Commando & Space Invasion show up with the bugfix high score fix that also could be a hack bugfix would it get the same treatment as the newly dumped Hyper Olympic bugfix ?
