...that people's index fingers rest on the triggers and NOT the shoulder buttons?
every fucking game puts major functions on the shoulder buttons and lesser used stuff on triggers. sometimes the triggers even go unused. i can't think of a controller that has both triggers and shoulder buttons where the shoulder buttons are a reach to get to from a default hand position. trigger/shoulder swap should be an os staple function.
