I am unsure if the scene relations involving MAME and fruit machine emulation community has gotten better since Haze had mentioned stuff in the past, but I would like to believe so since there has been improvements and contributions for past couple years.
As already expected, the artwork support updates would have to come from the region because the costs involved in buying, scanning etc will be expensive. Expect very little of finding fruit machine parts and components in N. America region.
