It depends on who has interest and time to make scans and photos of the various components and pieces used with external artwork. Although there has been ongoing work, it depends on someone on MAME having time to coordinate and get items arranged to work with MAME.
Users have been fortunate with what has already been completed. The handheld items is impressive by itself although past work on coinop items have also been impressive over the years.

Going by memories of what Haze had mentioned in the past, unless things have changed, you probably won’t get any responses in some of the forums.
