This is only an educated guess, but...
The 1.06 version was used for some kind of competition, and when it finished I assume the winning scores have been hard-coded into v1.07. Also, I suppose that the dip settings used for competition have also been baked in.
That's my assumption anyway. Play the 1.06 version if you want it to work properly.
