Thanks. I was able to put the file in place to stop it from throwing the error, but now it seems to be in a confused state.
It's complaining that the file exists so nothing was changed. But if I remove it again, it fails again back to where I started. I may have to do a clean re-install after all.

EDIT: I got it working.
I put the file in place so it would get by the initial checks then renamed it before it complained about the file existing. Then it placed the version of the file that it wanted to place. Everything is working now.
Now I just need to do this one more time on my other machine that I do builds from.
