Atari Qwak bezel opinions

When looking at cab photos, shown on flyer, the cab somehow appears to have a bezel piece in the front and then an interior artwork piece (with a tree on the right side of the interior piece) is seated in front of the game monitor screen. To me, that is what it looks like when looking at the flyer.

But...I then examined the Qwak cab in Romero's 1978 movie version of Dawn of the Dead and it changed my mind regarding Qwak bezel piece.
It actually looks like the tree is painted on to the front bezel piece which is literally the front facade of the cab. And that there is no small interior artwork overlay piece. Watch clip scene and compare to the flyer. The cabs and with bezel piece and how it is mounted on the cab seem different between the movie versus the cabs shown on the flyer.

btw: Now I can see why this 1978 version of the movie seems to be intentionally not shown on tv. The acting seems average, the gore is over the top at some moments, and the music is questionable. No wonder it doesn't appear on tv.
