It feels weird to doubt you Greg, but... are you sure? It would seem odd to have an instruction sticker on the bezel, and the same instructions listed below on the control panel on the upright cabinet.
Had a hunch, and it seems like that is for the cocktail table. Site linked below also has a way better picture of it.

Looks like in the cocktail tab, it is below the monitor, between Players 1/2, and it has a lamp below it to light it up.
