A video of real cars racing, or demolition derby, or maybe a head-to-head rally style obstacle course with ramps and all.
Film it in that aspect that makes scenes look like toys or miniatures.
And maybe speed it up enough that it also closely mimics a miniature scene... Mmmmaybe.
On Youtube there is a channel, 3dBotmaker, and they have races with diecast modified cars. And they use a higher speed camera and what you see on their channel is actually somewhat slower than irl... so that it looks more realistic and the races aren't over in about 8 seconds.
