I'm glad you agree the others I was comparing it to were even worse!

And in this case, I made the possibly incorrect assumption that the original scan simply reflected issues with the original marque, but as you said, there's no real way to confirm that without an actual verifiable original marquee in hand.

For my own purposes, for the overlay I made, I thought this was more accurate in appearance than the others out there, and I was not aware of the vector version that you referenced.

I'll take a look at the vector version to see if it would be a significant improvement for the overlay and update it if I feel it warrants the effort.
