There is an internal shroud that would need to be photographed/scanned, and then good photos of the Control Panel to recreate that would definitely make it better. That's it.
Maybe at one time a long, long time ago it was considered a nightmare, but this was the first game I ever made a "completely internal" artwork file for, after Aaron redid the driver, so all of necessary elements for the lamps, buttons, etc. are already done, and can be seen using the internal artwork in MAME today.
It would be nice to make it prettier, though.
RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.
