I don't know anything about it, but I would think that you would have to adjust the sensitivity of the spinner to make up for the diameter of the wheel.
Instead, I opted for the popular (at the time) Tornado spinner. I am still able to use the spinner for 360 games like Pole Position and Sprint, and even though it isn't the exact controls (i.e. an actual wheel), it is a compromise with space on the CP.
