It's the long lasting icon that sticks out with: "I have got shiny hair" that dares anyone to do something about that hair just like the annoying 1970s era battery tv advertisements [see bottom of post] where actor Robert Conrad dared any N. American tv viewer to knock the battery off his [Robert Conrad] shoulder.
