Most of them doesn't have the RBG patterns. Nintendo NES and SNES does though. Some others as well. Just not all of the packs have that option.
Some of the games have blur. Some don't. Depend which games pack you buy or get for free.

I didn't see any of the both ways. I think the reason they didn't added other lines because of the screen brightness. Also the lines very thin on the real crt screen.
