I've seen more people asking for the background art than the non-background art.
There are a few posts on private forums asking where the art went for DKJr Panorama for example.
The original displays were small, and even with all the art, on an average size monitor the visible display part is still going to be around the same size as the real units.
What would be interesting is if MAME could take your monitor size as a parameter, and knew the actual size of the original display, and could scale according to that, but that information isn't available to the emulator at present.
