Nothing really too interesting about it. The hardware issues a "Coin Lockout" when in Service Mode. To disregard this board function, there is "-nocoin_lockout" command-line option "coin_lockout 0" in .ini, which should allow it show both coin inputs as they are triggered. Notice if you happen to be running a DEBUG build, you'd see a popup showing "Coinlock disabled Coin" message and with the commands above, you'd read "Coinlock deisabled but broken through Coin" message instead.
