Core Artwork Settings

Has this changed with Mame 0.212?

Running mame64.exe - cc only creates the following entries in mame.ini:

# CORE ARTWORK OPTIONS
#
artwork_crop 0
fallback_artwork
override_artwork

#

Whereas these are my settings which have no effect when changed:

# CORE ARTWORK OPTIONS
#
artwork_crop 0
use_backdrops 0
use_overlays 1
use_bezels 0
use_cpanels 0
use_marquees 1

#
